Table d'hôtes

The table d'hôtes is a magic moment when guests from different corners of the world meet and share while they taste local specialities, a moment of co-existence and peace.

In winter, you will have the aperitif next to the fireplace, and then we will go to the dining room where breakfast is also served.

When the weather gets better, we enjoy the great outdoor terrace overlooking the valley.

We are lucky for living in an area known by its extraordinary cattle farming, therefore all products come from this region. Vegetables come from our own vegetable garden. Confits, cooked meats, desserts and jams are homemade. The sheep milk cheese also comes from this region.

The dinner menu is available each morning during breakfast, and once all guests are present in the dining room. So, if you arrive in the afternoon, you must know that the other guests will have made the choice instead of you…

Some Michèle specialities are: garbure (vegetable and cabbage soup), tourrin (garlic soup), pork pâté,  duck rinds, pork or duck confit,  veal stew, cartilages with asparaguses, garlic potatoes, courgette au gratin,  cherry cake, chocolate mousse, Jurançon peach custard, etc.

In winter, meats (veal, lamb and ox) are roasted in the fireplace, and on summer, they are grilled.

Meal rates per person including aperitif, wine, coffee or infusion are:

Adults : 23 Euros          Children :

                                   Under 3 years of age: free

                                   From 3 to 5 years of age: 8 Euros

                                   From 5 to 10 years of age: 12 Euros

                                   From 10 to 15 years of age: 15 Euros

                                   Over 15 years of age: 23 Euros
